QTV is seeking a dedicated individual to join its team as a Stores Coordinator / Warehouse Assistant. The new team member will work at our depot supporting broadcast operations across the equipment stores and our fleet of outside broadcast trucks and support vehicles, ensuring these are well prepared for assignments.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will support the warehouse team with the efficient and effective running of the facilities, as well as maintaining the good order of the equipment.

Working in live events/sports broadcasting, this role will be on a scheduled rota basis, with a regular pattern of weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
● Preparing and packing equipment for events, ensuring all equipment is well organised and presented impeccably.
● Assisting the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to execute warehouse systems and processes.
● Timely uplift and return of hired equipment from third party providers
● Upkeep and cleaning of all vehicles.
● Awareness of Health and Safety practices in the heavy goods work environment.
● Assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment onto vehicles.
● Delivering equipment to sites as required.
● Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment in the warehouse unit using excellent organisational and time management skills.
● Supporting the Operations Manager and other QTV staff as needed.
● Monitoring and replenishing stock levels.

Required/Desirable skills
● Experience in working in a facilities/warehouse capacity for live events, broadcast or audio/visual companies or similar.
● Hold a ‘C1’ class driving licence with previous CPC training experience a benefit. QTV will sponsor this training for a suitable applicant.
● Ability to identify, or quickly learn to identify, equipment specific to the industry.
● Willingness to work as a team in a hands-on capacity with the majority of the role on the warehouse floor.
● Excellent attention to detail and a drive to own a process from start to finish.
● Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
● Good interpersonal skills as they will be working with all areas of the business and be a focal point of contact for all QTV staff.
● Work proactively to develop and improve the facilities in the working environment..

Salary Band: £23,400 – £28,000 depending on experience
